1. How JobSonr uses AI
JobSonr uses large language models (currently Anthropic's Claude) to read a job description and your resume and produce a match analysis, gap list, estimated salary range, visa-sponsorship prediction, and (on paid plans) resume rewrites and cover-letter drafts. The AI reasons about whether your experience demonstrates the capabilities a role requires — including transferable skills — rather than only matching keywords.
2. What the AI does not do
- It does not make hiring decisions, and it is not used by employers to screen you.
- It does not guarantee any job, interview, offer, salary, or visa outcome.
- Its salary and visa outputs are estimates for general guidance only — not professional financial, migration, or legal advice.
3. Accuracy & human judgment
AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. We design for consistency (e.g. deterministic scoring computed in code, not by the model alone), but you should review every output and verify anything important before relying on it. For visa or legal questions, consult a registered migration agent or qualified professional.
4. Your data & no training
We send your job description and resume to our AI provider solely to generate your results. We do not use your data to train AI models, and our AI provider does not train its models on data sent through its API. See our Privacy Policy for storage, deletion and cross-border processing.
5. Fairness & non-discrimination
We aim to assess candidates on evidence of capability. We instruct the AI to judge based on demonstrated and transferable skills, and we do not design the Service to score people on protected attributes (e.g. race, gender, age). If you believe an output is unfair or biased, tell us at help@jobsonr.com — we review reports and improve our prompts and evaluations.
6. Human oversight & feedback
A human (the operator) monitors quality and reviews user feedback. You can flag a bad or unfair result at help@jobsonr.com.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as our AI features evolve; we'll post the new version and update the date.
